This is why we take great care to ensure that every single model can be adapted to any nose shape, from the smallest to the largest.

• The frame aroand the lenses makes them easy to dismantle and offers increased reliability.
• Rubber inserts at the tips of the legs to protect behind the ears and prevent the glasses from accidentally slipping.
• Design of the glasses combined with the design of the new Carnac helmets for a perfect match.
• Glasses sold with polycarbonate basic smoke lenses (Fumo) as standard.
• Optional ability to change the lenses.

- Photochromic lens* (that becomes more or
less dark depending on the light conditions)
- Polarised lens** (that limits reflections from
reflective surfaces)
- Transparent lens that provides optimum
protection in dark and wet weather

* Photochromatic lenses
These are lenses that change their colour according to the light conditions:

In fact, silver crystals which are activated by ultraviolet light between 300 and 400 nm have been added to the glass. This is the same phenomenon that occurs when light hits the emulsion of photographic film which contains the same crystals. Photochromic lenses transmit almost 85% of light when they are light and 53% when they become dark.

** Polarised lenses
These lenses contain a filter that eliminates reflections from reflective surfaces such as snow, water and the road. The lenses are made from a plastic layer which is laminated and polarised and placed between two layers of cellulose acetate. It is then compressed according to the curve desired.
